From real monument
to printed volume.

The model was built to reproduce the Major’s proportions, volumes and characteristic details. Modelling took around two months.

The model is made of several interlocking parts. The finest elements were printed with a 0.2 mm nozzle on an H2C, with around 150 hours of printing.

The project began with photographs and references, followed by geometric reconstruction and preparation for 3D printing.
